Questions we are often asked
How is air freight charged?
Airlines charge on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is usually length × width × height in centimetres divided by 6,000. We show both on the quote so you can see which one applies.
FCL or LCL — which should I choose?
If your cargo fills most of a container, FCL is usually cheaper per unit and safer because the container is sealed for you. For smaller volumes LCL shares the container and you pay by volume. We price both when it is close.
Do you use your own trucks?
We combine our own capacity with vetted transport partners so the right vehicle is available for each load. Every trip is booked, tracked and closed with proof of delivery by our team.
Is rail always cheaper than road?
Not always. It depends on distance, volume, regularity and the handling at each end. We compare both and show you the real door-to-door cost.
What is the difference between multimodal and intermodal?
In practice both mean using more than one mode. Multimodal usually means one provider is responsible for the whole journey; intermodal often refers to cargo staying in the same container across modes. We can do either.
Which countries do you cover by road?
GCC destinations are arranged through our carrier network. Tell us the origin and destination and we will confirm the route and transit time.
